BLS consists of experienced co-workers with knowledge about material, as well as professionals within design and production. Without them, we would have been nothing but machines and material. Really good machines and material, but still. To always allocate resources for the latest education, proven technologies and a modern machine park, we therefore consider is a given investment.

Expert is not usually something you call yourself. It’s something you have to prove and earn. And above all, being an expert means a great deal of responsibility. It’s said that it takes 10,000 hours of training to become an expert. So with over 30 years in the industry and 55,200 hours of training – per person – we feel pretty comfortable to take on that role.

We place great importance on safety regulations. And to ensure the high standards of the quality and safety required we follow the SS-EN 15522 standard. We are also certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Read more about our certifications.

Great business requires solid systems

When the largest car supplier in the Nordics Bilia was looking for someone to develop their warehouse in Malmö, the choice fell on us. With a warehouse of 1,500 m2 and a loading height of 6.5 meters, the criteria was to maximise space, but above all to ensure the safety of all employees who handle the storage system daily. An electrically operated tyre rack which can handle lengths of up to 50 metres and loads of 500 tonnes with a capacity of 40,000 tyres was the solution. For maximum stability and safety, each place is also equipped with three extra arms. With slightly wider truck aisles, we increased safety furthermore while the lead times became shorter.
